Hi, I’m Ivan.

Fullstack engineer, 10+ years in. Most of that spent building complex CRMs, data pipelines, heavy dashboards, and the APIs behind them.

Tech lead, engineering manager, head of engineering along the way - and then back to hands-on, on purpose. Building things is the part of the job I’m not willing to give up. I still take a feature from business requirements all the way to a production deploy on AWS or GCP - frontend, backend, tests, the CI/CD pipeline, all of it. The result is visibly yours, and so is the responsibility.

Right now I’m building heavy CRM systems for big-data visualization. Most of my attention these days, though, is on the AI side - agentic workflows and custom AI agents that have to earn their keep in production, not in demo decks.

What I care about: systems that don’t break at 3am, code that’s still readable a year later, and small teams shipping more than big ones.
